JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Production Manager, is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. He is also responsible for maintaining refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance personnel; Inspects their work for completeness.

- Conducts and schedules preventive maintenance check-ups/tests on all Company equipments and machineries.

- Maintains an inventory of all Company tools and other consummables.
- Keeps service/maintenance reports and other data-collection records.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Graduate of a four-year course in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Refrigeration), or its equivalent.
- Two (2) years experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
- Computer literate.
