Human Resource Officer

The position provides administration services and requires experience or knowledge in human resource acquisition, employee training and development, performance management and appraisal, employee relations, benefits administration and labor relations.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BS Commerce, BS Industrial Engineering, or any other management related courses
• Preferably with two years experience in HR Management function
• Can facilitate training programs and other related activities
• Must have the ability to formulate policies
• Must have good presentation skills

Mechanical and Electrical Engineers

The position requires experience or knowledge in the proper execution of mechanical and electrical works essential in hydro system operations.

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Must be proficient in ACAD and MS Office Applications
• Preferably with good knowledge in hydro engineering works
• Physically fit
• Willing to do field works
