MAGSAYSAY GLOBAL SERVICES, INC. urgently needs Recruitment Staff with the following qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Not more than 35 years old
- College Graduate preferably Psychology
- With minimum 1 year experience as Recruitment Staff (for Overseas Placement is an advantage)
- Must have a pleasing personality and must enjoy interacting with people.
- Must be willing to travel.
Job Description:
- Same w/ Recruitment Staff but geared towards Land Based Vacancies.
- Ensures smooth and efficient sourcing, profiling and screening of candidates
- Conducts preliminary interview of short listed paper screened applicants
- Prepares candidates’ endorsement letters and profile summaries
- Manages advertising and on-line recruitment activities
- Generates weekly and monthly recruitment monitoring reports
