- 200 WAITERS - at least 2 yrs. experience in 3-5 star hotels or fine dining restaurants, not more than 40 yrs old.
- 40 GARDEMANGERS - at least 1 year experience, male, not more than 40 yrs. old.
- 100 CABIN STEWARDESSES - at least 6 months experience as housekeeping staff or chambermaid in hotels or resorts; at least 5′3″, 21-28 yrs. old.
- 100 SNACK STEWARD/WAITRESSES - at least 6 months experience in hotels or fine dining restaurant; female-5′3″ or above, male- 5′7″ or above, 21-28 yrs. old.
- 40 LIBRARIANS - at least 2 yr. experience as librarian or professor in a reputable university or college, female not over 35 yrs. old.
- PHOTOGRAPHERS - at least 2 years experience in the same field, not more over 35 yrs old.
- COOKS, PASTRY COOKS, BAKERS, BUTCHERS, ICE CARVERS, KITCHEN ARTISTS, STEWARDS - at least 1 yr experience w/ international cuisine & oriental cuisine in hotel or fine dining restaurant; male; not over 40 yrs. old
- ART STEWARD – Graduate of Fine Arts; at least 1 year experience in a gallery; male; not over 35 yrs. old.
- COSTA APPRENTICE – Graduate of BS HRM, Tourism or Cruise Ship Management; 21-28 yrs. old; male-5’7” or above; female- 5’3” or above; no experience required.
- 50 LADY GUARDS – at least 1 yr. experience, has background in using x-ray machine; 5’4” or above in height, not more than 35 years old.
