QUALITY ASSURANCE

Objectives:

• To have working facts of quality assurance processes for a software testing setting.
• To develop good quality monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Accountable in web-based software testing process and measures.
• Bring up to date with understanding and skills needed to service customer
• Discuss QA response issues to operations supervisors
• Be in touch with the client and the team to address quality concerns

Education:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:

• Experience in Test Phases (smoke, functional, regression, integration, system, performance, load, stress).

Skill / Knowledge:

• Acquainted in different browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera)
• Outstanding at relating with people and extracting the correct information
• Ability to multi-task on more than one project at a time.
• Understanding of software architecture skills (e.g. Apache, MySQL, PHP, HTML, ASP.Net, SQL Server, web)

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Objectives:

• To lead projects
• To facilitate meetings, tasks, and other duties to project team members in order to improve and develop projects on hand
• To prepare, classify and harmonize computer technology projects
• To assist and bring together the task forces responsible for project development and evaluation
• To implement strategies and action plans and to do other work as required.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of the concerns of clients and organize with them regarding the projects.
• Capable to meet deadlines
• Motivated and can do tasks with minimal supervision

Education:

• Require a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any course related.
• Graduate of Marketing or Mass Communication is welcome as long as he/she has background experience in IT related field

Skill/Knowledge:

• Proficient in MS Applications
• Conversant in English both in verbal and in written
• Has leadership skills
• Oriented in team building and group facilitation
