A Wholesale and Retail company that distributes paints, construction supplies, and other related products such as housing fixtures is currently looking for Customer Service Officers with the following qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Knows how to speak, read and write in English, Tagalog and/or Bisaya
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of management and basic accounting is an advantage
• Fresh college graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Male or Female, 18 to 40 years old
• Willing to be trained and undergo product seminars
• Must have pleasing personality
• Can work with less supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main Assignment in Davao City
• Entertain customers and receive orders over the counter and over the phone
• Comply with Management’s Customer Welfare Programs to make clients comfortable
• Determine price of products within the limit authorized
• Receive cash payments, or Purchasing Orders (POs) from Account Customers
• Prepares and Issues Charge Invoices and Delivery Receipts
• Maintains the order and cleanliness of personal work station and entire branch
• Other duties as my be assigned from Management
