Financial Analysts, Audit Specilists, Compliance Officer

The Rural Bank of Digos, a consistent Land Bank Awardee for being the Best Rural Bank in Region XI, is currently looking for talented staff to fill some vacant positions in the company.
Financial Analysts (Supervisory Level)
- Male or female, 25 to 35 years old
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance or equivalent course; being a CPA or MBA holder an advantage
- With at least 4 years experience in Financial Analysis, Research and Feasibility Study Preparation Experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory capacity
- Very good written, verbal and report presentation skills
- Very good computer literacy in MS Office Applications
- Very good external customer, inter-personal and coordination skills
- Previous work in a Bank or Financial Firm an advantage, but not necessary
Audit Specialists (Junior Supervisory level)
- Male or femal, 23 to 30 years old
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, being a CPA an advantage but not necessary
- At least two (2) years experience in hands-on Accounting or Audit Work or Banking Work equivalent
- Possesses initiative, independent judgement, and ability to be discreet
- Very good computer literacy in MS Office Applications
- Good Internal Customer, Inter-personal and coordination skills
Compliance Officer
- Extensive Rural or Commercial Banking Experience in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity in Bank Operations or Audit of Finance or Accounting Work
- Strong knowledge and familiarity of Philippine Laws, rules and regulations and pertinent BSP Circulars governing the operations of rural banks
- BS Accountancy Graduate or of a related course; being a CPA or MBA holder an advantage
- Very good internal customer, inter-personal and coordination skills
- Good report presentation and facilitation skills
