Guidance Couselor and Office Clerk Wanted

In addition to the previous job hiring, the DMMA College of Southern Philippines is also looking for a Guidance Counselor and an Office Clerk.
GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
The GUIDANCE COUNSELOR responsibilities include:
- Providing student’s counseling services
- Analysis of students’ individual needs
- Conducting orientation programs for freshmen and transferees at the start of the school year
- Interviewing incoming freshmen and transferees and assisting students during enrolment period
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has a Bachelors Degree in Guidance and Counseling or Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology
- With at least 2 years of experience in guidance and counseling, ideally in school/ college setting
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Able to establish priorities and meet specific deadlines
OFFICE CLERK
The Office Clerk’s responsibilities include:
- Receiving calls and/or greeting visitors, taking and relaying messages, responding to requests for information; providing information or directing callers/ visitors to appropriate individuals
- Dealing with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree course
- Able to speak clearly, concisely and effectively
- Able to listen and understand information and ideas, as presented verbally
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Has the ability to establish priorities and meet specific deadlines
