The Davao Merchant Marine Academy is looking to hire Human Resource Personnel who will assist the HR Head. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Developing and administering human resource policies programs
- Providing assistance to Line Management in dealing with human resource problems
- Evaluating performance of all college personnel
- Monitoring of attendance and leave of absence of all college personnel
The applicant should have the following qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Human Resource Management or BS Psychology
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Has the ability to establish priorities and meet specific deadlines
