- Graduate of Architecture
- Has leadership potential and high learning orientation

7 Engineers (under Management Training Program)
- At least 21 years of age
- Graduate of Engineering course (Mechanical, Electrical and Civil)
- Preferably licensed with no experience
- Has leadership potential and high learning orientation
