JOB SUMMARY:

The position is responsible for accreditation of cooperatives and other organizations; processing of loan availments; monitoring loans and collection; assisting cooperatives in preparation of action plan, targets, and projects; tapping assistance from external sources for various needs of the accredited cooperative and organization

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male or Female, between 22 – 26 years old
• Preferably resident of Davao City
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• With knowledge in preparation and evaluation of project proposals, and in community organizing
• Able to relate to all levels in the organization and external clients
• Adept in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• With good oral and written communication skills
• With driver’s license is an advantage;
• Able to adapt to any work environment
• Can cope with pressure and meet deadlines
• Has sense of urgency
• Willing to travel and work on extended hours if necessary
