Can you do the following?

• Website design including layout design, image creation, HTML coding, CSS style sheet coding, Flash work, image optimization, HTML validation, implementing navigation systems, search engine tags and so on;
• Building unique websites from scratch based on specifications;
• Adding and adjusting pre-written JavaScript code to web pages, and writing basic (but not advanced) JavaScript where required;
• Small print jobs such as logos, business cards and letterhead (up to a maximum file size of 5 MB).

Do you have what it takes?

• 1-5 years of design and producing websites;
• Strong creative design skills;
• Substantial experience in web design;
• Sound CSS knowledge;
• Sound HTML knowledge;
• Good Flash skills;
• WordPress knowledge;
• Ability to incorporate pre-written JavaScript into web pages;
• Good English communications skills;
• Extremely passionate about design and the current trends and techniques;
• Must have an eye for detail;
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• The ability to adapt to change and meet challenges;
• Responsible and reliable;
• You must have a well-working laptop or PC with DSL high speed Internet. (You must have a working microphone and speakers as well);
• Must be creative and resourceful, and be able to think independently.
• Driver who can follow through on projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates initiative;
• Strong work ethic;
• Interested in personal and professional growth;
• Self-motivated;
• Ability to balance work and personal life;
• Preferably applicants with SEO or Internet Marketing experience;
• Experience with Advanced JavaScript, PHP, DHTML, AJAX, or other languages is a BIG plus but not required for this particular position.
