HR or Administrative Manager

TEFASCO is engaged principally in stevedoring and arrastre service for foreign and domestic cargoes that dock in Davao City. The company operates the entire 7.5 hectare facility occupying four berths that can dock four vessels and one barge simultaneously. The company is currently looking to hire this position:
HR or Administrative Manager
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, 30 yrs. old and above
- Must be a degree holder (preferably in HR Management/Psychology or Industrial Relations but it could be any course)
- Must have numerous work experience as a HR manager or supervisor
- Familiarity with union setup preferred
- Knowledge and skill in office administration
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Possesses planning, leadership and analytical skills
Position is located in Tefasco Wharf, Ilang, Davao City.
