Internet Cafe Front Desk Staff

Surfer’s Lounge Internet Cafe, located near the University of Mindanao in Bolton Street, is currently looking for a Female Internet Cafe Front Desk Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Providing information on products and services
- Providing solutions for technical and service issues
- To serve as front line for all customers via phone, fax or email
- To provide timely and accurate quotes
- To report all customer issues and follow up accordingly till its resolution
- To manage office equipment assets
- To provide the necessary marketing reports
- To contact and update data on customer requirements
Requirements:
- Female, not more than 27 years old, at least 5′2″ in height
- Candidate must have a very pleasing personality
- Candidate must be able to communicate very well
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College level in Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, IT, Computer Science, Computer Secretarial, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Must be aggressive, hardworking, and highly motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Neat and presentable
- Proficiency in Office Technology
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Available to start as soon as possible
