Surfer’s Lounge Internet Cafe, located near the University of Mindanao in Bolton Street, is currently looking for a Female Internet Cafe Front Desk Staff.

Responsibilities:

• Providing information on products and services
• Providing solutions for technical and service issues
• To serve as front line for all customers via phone, fax or email
• To provide timely and accurate quotes
• To report all customer issues and follow up accordingly till its resolution
• To manage office equipment assets
• To provide the necessary marketing reports
• To contact and update data on customer requirements

Requirements:

• Female, not more than 27 years old, at least 5′2″ in height
• Candidate must have a very pleasing personality
• Candidate must be able to communicate very well
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College level in Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, IT, Computer Science, Computer Secretarial, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• Must be aggressive, hardworking, and highly motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Neat and presentable
• Proficiency in Office Technology
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
