Pancake House, Inc., a 100% Filipino-owned corporation, is principally engaged in the development, operation and franchising of a casual dining chain of restaurants under the trade name “Pancake House.” The consumer brand name has traditionally been associated with specialty pancakes and waffles and has likewise expanded to offer an array of popular international dishes such as spaghetti, tacos and chicken.

In June 2004, we channeled our brand expertise towards Dencio’s, a Filipino grill and restaurant. Pancake House, Inc. acquired Dencio’s Foods Specialists, Inc. (DFSI).

Last October 2005, Pancake House, Inc. acquired seventy percent (70%) of Teriyaki Boy chain of restaurants.

In January 2008, we acquired Le Coeur de France, a french cafe bakery.

The acquisitions made us responsible for four (4) major brands: Pancake House, Dencio’s, Teriyaki Boy and Le Coeur de France. We also are responsible for another home grown brand, The Sizzlin’ Pepper Steak.

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

• Between 24 to 33 years old
• College graduate of HRM or any business course
• At least 3 years experience as branch head in a restaurant
• Knowledge in accomplishing PNL Statements an advantage
• Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills
• With mature disposition and good human relations skills
• Computer literate

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

• Not more than 25 years old
• College graduate of HRM or any business course
• Work background in a restaurant or customer related industry an advantage
• Personable with strong leadership potential
• Above average communication skills
• Computer literate

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

• Between 21 to 28 years old
• College graduate of Accountancy
• Background in General/Cost Accounting and Payroll System are a plus
• Fast learner and can work under minimum supervision
• Fresh graduates may apply

RESTAURANT SERVICE / KITCHEN CREW

• Between 18 to 28 years old
• At least 5′6″ (male) or 5′3″ (female)
• At least 1 year of college education or vocational/certificate course
• With relevant experience in casual dining or fast food restaurant
• Can communicate well in English and Filipino
• Good looking, pleasant personality and well-groomed

RESTAURANT CASHIER

• Between 18 to 25 years old
• Female, at least 5′2″ in height
• At least 1 year of college studies or vocational/certificate course
• with background in POS operated cash registers
• Knowledgeable in handling credit card transactions
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed
