• At least 35 years old
• Preferably licensed Civil Engineer
• 3 to 5 years managerial experience in construction and equipment leasing in real estate development
• With highly motivated entrepreneurial skills

Internal Audit Manager

• At least 30 years old
• CPA
• 3 to 5 years managerial experience in corporate audit

Sales Manager

• At least 30 years old
• 1 to 2 years managerial experience in real estate sales and sales group management
• Quota Driven
• Creative salesmanship

Construction Manager

• At least 30 years old
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 1 to 2 years managerial experience in horizontal and vertical development

Loans and Documentation Supervisor

• At least 23 years old
• 1 year experience in real estate documentation
• Keen eye for details
• Familiar with various real estate loan processing and contract documentation

Project Engineer — Buildings

• At least 28 years old
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 2 to 3 years in project management in horizontal and vertical structure development and estimates

Field Engineer — Land Development

• At least 25 years old
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 1 to 2 years in horizontal and vertical development

Bookkeepers

• At least 22 years old
• Accounting graduate
• 1 to 2 years experience in corporate bookeeping

Internal Audit Staff

• At least 22 years old
• Accounting graduate
• 1 to 2 years experience in corporate auditing
