Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Job Description/Nature of Work:
Assists in the development of promotional strategies and product development.
- Encode purchases to TIENS Philippines Computer System and facilitate orders.
- Help assist and prepare Event Agenda, Invitations, Registration Forms and Payments/Refunds tracking for Customer events.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Develop media packs & giveaways for trade shows and conferences.
- Provide status reports to management on overall sales and marketing activities
- Contact and conduct initial follow-ups to all Stockists of Mindanao Area.
- Serves as liaison between the company and advertising agencies, freelance talent, print suppliers, and other marketing services.
- Update Company News & Headlines in the corporate website through emailing.
- Provide administrative and personal support to Directors, including running errands, coordinating travel arrangements, & preparing agendas & appointments.
- Generate form letters for mass brochure mailings to prospective customers, including thank you letters & trade show passes.
- Validate and fulfill Request for Marketing Information. Track requests & mailings.
- Track prospective contacts, seminar attendees, event revenues & expense tracking.
- Manage and track the expenses for each event. Ensure budget is managed properly
- Responsible for Media & Marketing Event Budgets.
- Arrange preparatory meetings for Seminar Events and Trade Shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications of Applicants:
- Preferably Marketing Graduate
- With Marketing / sales Experience
- Good in Communication Skills
- Male, 22-30 yrs old
- W/ good computer skills
- Approachable and w/ pleasing personality
- Willing to travel (field)
- knows how to handle events,programs, activities
