A leading Company engaged in the distribution of diapers and other hygiene products is in urgent need of:

Distributor Manager (Davao)

He will be responsible in managing the distributors and lower trade business activities in his assigned area, for general sales administration and credit control, for managing the Distributor’s accounts, coordinate and implement marketing and sales policies to achieve common objectives, manage quotas for distributor Van Salesmen, for leading, motivating and coaching distributor staff to achieve set objectives, while complying with the Company’s policies and procedures, accepted legitimate sales and marketing practices, and rules and regulations pertaining to the Company’s operations.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Preferably holding supervisory position specializing in Sales, Trading or equivalent in a fast moving Consumer Goods company
• Must have excellent skills in negotiation, organization and accounts management
• Preferably with background in finance management.
