Company Description:

We are a supplier in office and school supply, specialized in embroidery, ID-Card printing, thermal lamination services and pouch supply for the following sizes, ISO 216 compliant. We are also able to provide you with the a complete PVC-ID Card solution, from the ID-Card to a Hotel Key Card.

Generally, we need a candidate who can help us in planning, handles ads & promo, market research, do service & product presentation, conduct focus group discussion (fgd), liase with advertisiing agency, able to handle events, seminars & field activities.

Marketing is all about Planning, Ads and Promo, Research and Product Dev’t and Creativity.

Marketing Supervisor Qualifications

• graduate of any major course, but it will be of an advantage if the applicant has finished in either business management, marketing, banking & finance, fine arts or psychology.
• good in oral & written communication (meaning commands a high interpersonal skills) enjoys research, creative & good in analyzing things
• Candidate will have an advantage if she has been exposed to product or service presentations and market research. mostly, these people have either worked in DTI, NSO, Companies in consumer products as assistant or supervisor level position, but exposed to field works like: monitoring of product movements, conduct promotions & etc.
• Age – 30-45 yrs. of Age
• Education: Graduate of any B.S. Engineering course, Management and Marketing , preferably with MBA degree.
• Experience: At least five (5) years in managerial experience in marketing/brand or sales environment
• Break in Period: Six (6) Months
• Others: Strong: Leadership skills , Essentially strong in handing people and in implementing marketing Strategies. Pro-Active, aggressive and results oriented Computer Literate
• computer literate, able to develop slides & good in presentations.

Sales Supervisor Qualifications

• Male/Female, more than 30 years old
• Graduate of any 4-year business course from a reputable school/university
• Career oriented and must possess high interest in the field of sales
• At least 10 years experience in sales, marketing or key accounts preferably consumer products
• Experience as Regional Sales Manager
• Willing to travel and to work anywhere in Mindanao
• Has a good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Smart, pleasant personality, articulate and fit
• Able to deal with all sorts of people
