The Anflo Management & Investment Corp. (ANFLOCOR), the holding and managing company of the Anflo Group of Companies is in need of:
Secretary / Insurance Clerk
(For the Finance Department)
Job Description:
Provides personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. Performs encoding work related to insurance claims.
Duties will include:
- Prepares, copies, files and distributes correspondence, data and reports.
- Enters data into company management information systems.
- Maintains office filing systems and assist with archiving records.
- Process incoming and outgoing documents
- Process insurance claims and encoding of data
- Follows business office procedures and company policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality of data.
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Female, graduate of any Business Course
- Minimum of one year experience working as a secretary or insurance clerk
- Minimum of one year experience working with computer software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Above average oral and written communication skills
