DAVAO DOCTORS COLLEGE located in General Malvar St., Davao City, has an opening for the following work opportunities:

TRAINING OFFICER

• Must be a graduate of AB Psychology or Behavioral Science Degrees; preferably with post graduate degree in any related course
• Must have at least 5 years experience in designing and conducting training and development programs with general personnel experience of 2 years.
• Excellent in written and spoken communication
• Possesses very good interpersonal, organizational & planning skills
• Good personal presentation

FULL TIME PSYCHOLOGY INSTRUCTOR

• Must be a graduate of BS or AB Psychology;
• Preferably a holder of a Master’s Degree or its equivalent, to teach largely in their major field and/or allied subjects;
• Must have a strong potential and commitment not only in teaching but also to furthering professional growth.

BUSINESS MANAGER

• Male or Female above 30 years old;
• Must have a certificate or diploma related to any of the following courses:
  • Hotel and restaurant management
  • Catering Management
  • Hospitality Technology
  • Culinary Arts Program
  • Entrepreneurship, franchising and small business management
• At least with five (5) years managerial experience and formal trainings in related business/industry
• Must possess competencies in culinary arts, dining services, customer relation, planning, coordination, catering services, business and finance management.

CHEF DE CUISINE

• Male or Female
• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course Culinary Arts related program with combined classroom and work experience.
• Must possess competencies in Culinary Arts, Customer Relations, Hospitality Services & Technology, Catering Management, Commercial Food Preparation and Food handling.
• Preferably a seasoned chef with at least five (5) years supervisory experienced in related business or industry
• Must be willing to work in a full-time basis.
