Essential Job Functions:

• Speaking with clients to ensure training / logisitical needs are clearly defined to ensure greater details upon drafting out proposals.
• Customizing 5 proposals per day to address client needs.
• Award Cost / Competitor Monitoring to influence pricing structure.
• Create course outline for advertising.
• Follow-up with tenderers regularly & arrange for introductory meetings.
• Cross-sell offerings whenever possible.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Human Resource / Psychology or Equivalent (Min. 3 Years)
• Fluent English Language Reading / Writing / Speaking Capabilities

Other Skills/Abilities

• Able to work within deadlines.
• Able to accept feedback & make appropriate changes to meet organisational challenges.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Able to recognise potential problems & develop solutions.
