JUNIOR MARKETING OFFICERS
(for Butuan Warehouse , CDO Rollforming Plant and Sales Office & Davao Plant assignments)

Responsible in attending to servicing marketing requirements including estimation, product presentation and proper sales documentation of the company’s products and services and to the extent possible handle prospecting, negotiation and closing of sale for the company’s product lines in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Male, not more than 30 years old
• A graduate of any Business or Engineering Course, licensed an advantage but not required
• With relevant experience in sales or marketing
• Knowledgeable in roofing estimates is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Computer literate, especially in Auto Cad applications
• Honest, hardworking, results oriented and can work with minimum supervision
• Willing to render extra hours, if needed
• Willing to travel and must know how to drive (must possess valid driver’s license)

ACCOUNTANT (For Davao assignment)

• Male/Female, not more than 30 years old
• Preferably BS Accountancy Graduate; Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Knowledgeable and can implement internal control policies and procedures
• Advance proficiency in internal audit and fraud detection.
• Computer literate; Good in written & oral communication skills.
• Willing to travel and render extra hours if needed.

HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT (For CDO & Davao assignment)

• Male/Female, not more than 30 years old
• Preferably a graduate of Psychology, HR Management or Industrial Engineering.
• At least (1) year experience in compensation & benefits; recruitment and training.
• Computer literate, and good communication skills
• People oriented person; result oriented; can work with minimum supervision; team player and fast learner.
• Willing to travel and render extra hours if needed.

PROCESS ENGINEER (1) PROCESS TECHNICIAN (2) (For Davao assignment)

• Male, not more than 30 years old
• Preferably a BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate; licensed is an advantage.
• At least (1) year experience in similar manufacturing.
• Computer literate, and has leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in Poly Urithane operations/ Cold storage is an advantage
• Must be willing to render overtime & fast learner.

PROGRAMMER (for Davao Plant assignment)

Performs various tasks pertinent to the development and maintenance of computerized information systems; and helps in the analysis and systems development of information systems projects in accordance with company established procedures.

• Male not more than 30 years old
• A graduate of B.S. Computer Science
• Must have woking knowledge of programming languages (such as Microsoft.Net-VB/C#),
  Database server (SQL server and /or MySQL) Operating System (Win 98/Win 2000 Prof/Win XP Prof/Win 2000 server)
• Knowledge of Java is an advantage
• With at least two years experience in programming
• Posses a strong personality and integrity
• Honest, hardworking, results oriented and can work with minimum supervision
• Willing to travel and to render extra hours, if needed.

INSTALLATION ENGINEER (For Davao assignment)

• Male, not more than 35 years old
• A graduate of BS Civil Engineering or licensed
• With experience in construction installation is an advantage
• Computer literate, especially in Auto Cad (2D/3D) applications.
• Knowledgeable in estimation.
• Willing to travel and must know how to drive (must possess valid driver’s license)
