Human Resources Officer for CDO

• Male of female, between 25 to 32 years old
• Graduate of any 4 years business course
• With 2-5 years experience in Human Resource covering Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Job Evaluation and Manpower Administration
• Exposure in other facets of HR is an advantage
• A self-starter and with a high sense of responsibility
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Have a good numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Posseses good negotiation, customer service and public relation skills
• With above average interpersonal, communication skills
• Independent minded with balanced judgment and high integrity
• Technical knowledge in Labor relation, labor laws/ standards is an advantage
• Proficient in MS excel and power point
• Preferably a resident ofCDO

Territory Manager

• Male, 23 to 35 year old
• Graduate of any business course
• With good sales experience in a softdrink or consumer product company
• Should have at least 2 yrs experience in sales and with strong
• Supervisory capabilities to manage a group of dynamic sales force
• Should have manifested skills in planning and forecasting sales
• Organizing activities of sales force in increasing sales volume and controlling strategies
• Proficient in oral and written communications
• Computers literature particularly windows applications
• Results oriented
• Capable and willing to do field work with his sales force
• Possesses a driver’s license with restriction code 1 n 2
