Business Unit Manager — responsible for the full operation of 20 units Toyota Hi-Ace D4D Utility Vehicle Express located in SM City Davao Terminal for the route of Davao-Butuan-Nasipit-Davao (vis-a-vis).

Marketing Analyst — responsible for developing, driving, and monitoring the successful implementation of marketing plans for Utility Vehicle Express and taxi service operation.

Accounting Personnel — performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures.

Procurement Personnel — performs contractual negotiations to support all products and services used by the site /business units having regard for quality, technical specifications, price and flow down of most favourable terms and conditions for the client.

Operation Personnel — responsible in the conduct of regular checking and monitoring of vehicle and maintain smooth carbarn/dispatch daily operation.

Liaison Personnel — is full charge of all liaise functions of STC Taxi and Van operation from registration, negotiations and arrangements to all government agencies concerned, and insurance claims.

Customer Service Representative — responds to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service. CSR is also responsible to operate radio equipment in order to communicate with passenger caller and taxi cab drivers for dispatching.

Taxi Driver — responsible for transporting individuals in their respective communities for a fee, responding to radio requests to pick up passenger, logging daily transactions and collecting fees recorded on the taximeter, based on a mileage or time factor.

Van Drivers — transporting individuals in their respective communities safe and sound for a fee.
