Job Opportunities At Uraya Land

Landscape Architect

• With related Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Must have at least five (5) years relevant work experience specifically in the design/planning of land areas such as high-end residential sites, parks and other recreational facilities
• With extensive training & technical background in nursery care & maintenance
• With supervisory experience
• With excellent communication and computer skills
• Willing to be assigned in Catigan, Toril, Davao City and to travel to other project sites

Executive Assistant

• Graduate of Marketing or Business-Related Course and with good scholastic records
• Female, between 22-28 years old, with pleasing personality
• Smart, displays a lot of initiative and able to handle pressure
• Excellent in English communications (oral and written)and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate

Accounting Staff

• Graduate of Accountancy, CPA an advantage
• With at least two years work-related experience
• With extensive training in general accounting and bookkeeping\
• Computer-literate
• Good analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use all related hardware and software

Project Engineer – Butuan City

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 3 years experience in land development
• Experience in a memorial park, an advantage
• Autocad literate
• Willing to be assigned in Butuan City

Clubhouse Manager

• Male/Female , 25 – 35 years old
• Preferably Single ; with pleasing personality
• Graduate of BS HRM or related course
• With at least 3 years experience in the same capacity
• With basic knowledge in running a coffeeshop/clubhouse
• Willing to be assigned in Catigan, Toril
