BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS

for Visayas and Mindanao Branches

• Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
• Banking, Finance, Accounting, Commerce graduates or related fields
• Five (5) years or more experience in banking or related industries
• High integrity, motivated, good relational skills, analytical, compliant

APPRAISER

(Note: This position has been filled up already)

Responsible in the identification, investigation and appraisal of offered collaterals of all loan application and also the properties of the Bank.

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or any business related course
• Has good oral and written communication skills
• Willing to travel and be assigned in other areas of operation in Mindanao
• Has willingness and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Basic computer skills, good written and communication skills and Appraisal Skills
• Has minimum of 3 years work experience as an appraiser

BRANCH ACCOUNTANTS

• Graduate of Accountancy
• At least with some exposure in encoding during his/her office practice.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to retain and recollect information
• Standard PC proficiencies with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Organized and detail oriented; should have common sense
• Strong ability to manage himself in complex and/or multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Self-starter personality.
• Interact effectively and tactfully with employees.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work on overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in any branches in Mindanao

MF ACCOUNT OFFICERS

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy, Commerce or related fields
• MALE and not more than 25 years old
• Assertive, analytical and result-oriented
• With strong marketing & interpersonal skills
• Has good oral and written communication skills
• Willing to travel and be assigned in other areas of operation in Mindanao
• Has willingness and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Work experience with financial institution, an advantage and must have a valid driver’s license: code 1-2

TELLERS

• Graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, Commerce, and other related courses.
• Trained on basic knowledge on policies, rules and regulations governing different areas of banking transactions
• Minimum 1 year experience as branch Teller or equivalent job.
• Vibrant and pleasing personality.
• Considerable support knowledge of office support operations and modern office practices
• Good communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to establish priorities and proceed with specific objectives under moderate supervision.
• Ability to use personal initiative and independent judgment where necessary.
• Organized, detail-oriented; should have common sense.
• Passed BSP orientation seminar on counterfeited items.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.
• Willing to be assigned in other branches in Mindanao
