To strengthen our team in the Philippines, we are in need of:

Post-Harvest Research Assistant – responsible for conducting trials related to post-harvest operations of banana and other crops production.

Qualifications:

• BS Agriculture major in Horticulture with post-harvest study as field of specialization;
• 2-3 years of relevant experiences in handling post-harvest projects of fresh fruits and vegetables;
• Must have a depth knowledge on banana packing house and postharvest operations;
• Adept in research tools and techniques; knowledge in Total Quality Management, Problem Solving Tools and banana farm practices.

They will also assist in the smooth running of the company’s projects, ensuring appropriate inter- and intra-departmental communication thru effective day-to-day administration and coordination.
