PHP PROGRAMMER

• Male or Female; A graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming or Equivalent / Technical School educated in design or related discipline
• Strong analytical skills to translate user requirements into technical design
• Knowledgeable in HTML, javascript, and CSS
• Experience in web applications development and background in database design and implementation is required
• Familiar with PHP, Java, and MySQL
• Experienced programmers and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

20 MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (SELLING AND MERCHANDISING)

• Male/Female; at least 24 years old
• Preferably a graduate of BS-Engineering or any business related courses (Marketing, Economics, or Management)
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Must be highly organized, and must have interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum City

INFORMATION & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

• Male/Female; at least 22 years old
• Preferably a graduate of BS-Engineering or any business related courses (Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or Management)
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Must be highly organized and analytical, and must have interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Has the ability to perform in a dynamic, multi-tasking work environment
• Has the ability to physically inspect property and physical capital assets
• Experience in property management is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum City

SECURITY OFFICER

• Male; at least 25 years old. Preferably a Criminology Graduate
• Must have undergone Security Training course
• Must have adequate experience in Security business
• Physically and mentally fit
• With good verbal & written communication skills
• And must be computer literate

3 HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF

• Must be a graduate of Behavioral/Social Science related courses (Psychology or Management)
• Highly organized and can relate to different types of personalities
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum City
• Must be willing to undergo training

TRAINING OFFICER

• Male/Female; at least 23 years old
• A graduate of Behavioral/Social related Bachelor’s Degree: Psychology, Philosophy, Management or Education
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• With at least 5 years experience in teaching and facilitating seminars and trainings
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum City

TRAINING ASSISTANT

• Male/Female; at least 23 years old
• A graduate of Behavioral/Social related Bachelor’s Degree: Psychology, Philosophy, Management or Education
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Experience in teaching and facilitating seminars and trainings is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum City

3 SPORTS COORDINATOR

• Male, at least 21years old

ARCHITECT / ASSISTANT ARCHITECT (For Pooling)

• A graduate of BS Architecture
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Must have knowledge in AUTOCAD Program
• Willing to be assigned in outdoor and rooftop supervision
• A board passer and experience in construction is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum City

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (For Pooling)

• Male; must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
• A board passer and experience in electrical works is an advantage
• Has a strong leadership skill
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• Willing to be assigned in outdoor supervision

CIVIL ENGINEER (For Pooling)

• A graduate of BS-Civil Engineering

DATA ANALYST (For Pooling)

• Male or Female; A graduate of BS Math, Applied Math, Statistics or Engineering related courses
• Highly organized and analytical

• Work experience related to the job is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum City

PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR (For Pooling)

• Male/Female
• Preferably a graduate of Mass Communication, Communication Arts or Marketing
• Must have interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must be highly organized and creative

• Experience in facilitating promotional activities and events is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum City

BOOKKEEPER (For Pooling)

• Female; at least 23 years-old
• Must be an Accounting graduate
• Work experience is not necessary but experience in bookkeeping is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Tagum and/or Davao City

COMPUTER ENCODER/CLERK

• Female; not more than 30 years old
• At least college level or a graduate of any computer-related course
• Must have typing speed of 20 words per minute; computer literate
• Willing to undergo training

10 COUNTER CHECKERS

• Female, not more than 26 years old
• At least 5’2” in height
• Graduate of any business related course
• Personable and physically fit
• Honest, trustworthy, and with high checking ability
• Can communicate and deal well with different types of people
• Willing to undergo on-the-job training

10 COUNTER CASHIERS

• Female, at least 20 years old
• At least 5’2” in height
• A graduate of any 2 or 4-year Computer or Business related courses
• With pleasing personality and physically fit
• Willing to undergo training

SALES ASSISTANTS, COUNTER WRAPPERS & REFILLERS

• Male/ Female; at least 18-28 years of age
• High School Graduate or Vocational under/graduate of: Automotive Servicing, Bartending & Food & Beverage Services, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Computer Hardware Servicing & Consumer Electronics Servicing, Electrical Technology, Computer Secretarial/Programming & Technology and Agricultural Technology or College level
• Must be 5’2 inches (female)/5’4 inches (male) in height
• And with pleasing personality

4 REFRIGERATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING (RAC)/ ELECTRICAL STAFF

• Male; at least 20 years old
• A graduate of 2-year Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning/Electrical Technology Course
• Preferably NCII Passer
• With at least one year experience in RAC
• And willing to undergo On-The-Job Training

PROJECT WORKERS (Carpenter Finisher, Mason, Plumber, Welder, Tile-Setter, Laborer)

• Carpenter Finisher and Mason: Male, at least 20 years old; Skills in carpentry and masonry are required.
• Plumber: Male, at least 20 years of age; Skills in plumbing is required – solid waste piping and water supply; Physically fit and willing to work for longer hours.
• Welder: Male, between 20-35 years old; With at least two years working experience in welding works and steel fabrication; Physically fit and willing to work for longer hours.
• Tile-Setter: Male, between 20-35 years old; With at least one year working experience in tiling works; Physically fit and willing to work for longer hours.
• Laborers: Male, at least 20 years old; Physically fit and willing to work for longer hours.
