Financial Analysts (Supervisory Level)

  • Male or female, 25 to 35 years old
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance or equivalent course; being a CPA or MBA holder an advantage
  • With at least 4 years experience in Financial Analysis, Research and Feasibility Study Preparation Experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory capacity
  • Very good written, verbal and report presentation skills
  • Very good computer literacy in MS Office Applications
  • Very good external customer, inter-personal and coordination skills
  • Previous work in a Bank or Financial Firm an advantage, but not necessary

Audit Specialists (Junior Supervisory level)

  • Male or femal, 23 to 30 years old
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, being a CPA an advantage but not necessary
  • At least two (2) years experience in hands-on Accounting or Audit Work or Banking Work equivalent
  • Possesses initiative, independent judgement, and ability to be discreet
  • Very good computer literacy in MS Office Applications
  • Good Internal Customer, Inter-personal and coordination skills

Compliance Officer

  • Extensive Rural or Commercial Banking Experience in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity in Bank Operations or Audit of Finance or Accounting Work
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity of Philippine Laws, rules and regulations and pertinent BSP Circulars governing the operations of rural banks
  • BS Accountancy Graduate or of a related course; being a CPA or MBA holder an advantage
  • Very good internal customer, inter-personal and coordination skills
  • Good report presentation and facilitation skills

and diversified crops.
