Store Manager
Responsible for the achievement of store sales and profitability targets, excellent customer service at all times, and the initiation of competitive shopping/pricing; reviews merchandise movement for purchasing update.

Store Supervisor-Operations
Responsible for the orientation and training of all store personnel in relation to store policies and procedures, including customer service. Monitors and accounts all merchandise in the store in terms of quantity, quality, specifications, as well as inventory level.

Responsible for the accounting of all cash and check payments and remittances in the store. Train and monitor the performance of sales cashiers. Prepare all the necessary reports and documents related to cash operations.

Cashier
Responsible for the proper cash management and accounting of the payments of customers either cash or other acceptable forms. Ensures also the accuracy of the Cash Remittance Slips (CRS) regarding cash collection and daily sales.
