Guidance Couselor and Office Clerk Wanted

In addition to the previous job hiring, the DMMA College of Southern Philippines is also looking for a Guidance Counselor and an Office Clerk.

GUIDANCE COUNSELOR

The GUIDANCE COUNSELOR responsibilities include:

  • Providing student’s counseling services
  • Analysis of students’ individual needs
  • Conducting orientation programs for freshmen and transferees at the start of the school year
  • Interviewing incoming freshmen and transferees and assisting students during enrolment period

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has a Bachelors Degree in Guidance and Counseling or Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology
  • With at least 2 years of experience in guidance and counseling, ideally in school/ college setting
  • Has good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer operations
  • Able to establish priorities and meet specific deadlines

OFFICE CLERK

The Office Clerk’s responsibilities include:

  • Receiving calls and/or greeting visitors, taking and relaying messages, responding to requests for information; providing information or directing callers/ visitors to appropriate individuals
  • Dealing with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree course
  • Able to speak clearly, concisely and effectively

Virtual Assistants
