Responsibilities:

The General Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and direction of CK Universal Group Management Corporation; goal setting, implementation and attainment of short and long term strategic plans. Requirements:

  • Candidate must be College graduate of a business management course or any related course
  • With general experience in other functional areas such as operation, human resources, finance, MIS and logistics
  • At least 8 years experience in any two of the above functional areas 5 years of which in managerial position
  • Ability to provide significant contribution in the creation of the organization’s service management strategies, priorities and programs
  • Proven leadership ability professional maturity, integrity, and energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, people-management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a team player

2. Department Manager, Management Information System (MIS)

  • Graduate Computer Science, Information Technology, or any computer related courses
  • At least 5 yrs in the industry or has successfully completed at least 2 IT project cycles, last position was at least senior supervisor or team lead in IT industry
  • Managed 5-6 programmers of varying experience ( senior to trainee)
  • Knowledgeable in any RDBMS, SQL statement, stored procedures
  • Background in ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • Background in OOP programming and RAD development
  • Background in Open Source Development, basic knowledge in computer networking concepts & systems administrations
  • Has implemented any SDLC methodologies.
