1. GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
The General Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and direction of CK Universal Group Management Corporation; goal setting, implementation and attainment of short and long term strategic plans. He/she will also conceptualize, plan, lead and organize all projects and activities of CKUGMC; will develop new business leads/revenue generation opportunities for the firm; nurturing existing client relationships and capitalizing on an existing knowledge of the business itself; as a service provider to the CK Universal Group of Companies, will oversee over-all activities of CKUGMC which includes but not limited to Human Resources, Finance, Logistics and MIS.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be College graduate of a business management course or any related course
- With general experience in other functional areas such as operation, human resources, finance, MIS and logistics
- At least 8 years experience in any two of the above functional areas 5 years of which in managerial position
- Ability to provide significant contribution in the creation of the organization’s service management strategies, priorities and programs
- Proven leadership ability professional maturity, integrity, and energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, people-management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a team player
- Those with an MBA will be an advantage
- Willing to work in Koronadal City, South Cotabato
2. Department Manager, Management Information System (MIS)
- Graduate Computer Science, Information Technology, or any computer related courses
- At least 5 yrs in the industry or has successfully completed at least 2 IT project cycles, last position was at least senior supervisor or team lead in IT industry
- Managed 5-6 programmers of varying experience ( senior to trainee)
- Knowledgeable in any RDBMS, SQL statement, stored procedures
- Background in ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Background in OOP programming and RAD development
- Background in Open Source Development, basic knowledge in computer networking concepts & systems administrations
- Has implemented any SDLC methodologies.
- Optimistic, above average communication skills, enthusiastic,willing to learn new technologies, fast learner
- Willing to work in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.

3. General Manager
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably related to business administration
- Eight (8) years work experience in which five (5) years are managerial/supervisory position gained from a retail or wholesale company preferably motorcycle sales
- Above average organizational, leadership, problem solving and strategic thinking abilities, and with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate
- To be based in Koronadal City
- Willing to travel to its branches located in Toril, Davao City, General Santos City, Polomolok, South Cotabato, Tacurong City, Isulan and Surallah

4. Head, Resourcing
- Plan, develop, and implement programs for the selection and hiring of highly qualified people in the organization
- Interview and evaluate applicants for key positions
- Endorse shortlisted applicants to HR Department Manager
- Monitor the activities of the recruitment team to ensure that manpower requirements are efficiently met
- Prepare company and government mandated reports pertaining to recruitment
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Required skill(s): recruitment and placement, in depth interviewing, strategic planning, forecasting, people handling, behavioral interviewing
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5. Head, Training and Organizational Development
- Male/ Female, at least 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science , Human Resource Management or any Business courses, preferably with post graduate degree or units
- At least 3 years experience of managerial or supervisory experience in training development, organizational development, performance management, succession management, policy development/ process re engineering, change management, strategic management
- Has knowledge on training needs analysis, module design, and workshop implementation
- Has good presentation, public-speaking, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- With strong project management skills
- Ability to multi-task deal with multiple issues at once and proven ability to work with all levels in the organization
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to be assigned or work in Koronadal City, South Cotabato
