JOB OPENINGS

Insitu Machinist (3) - Must have at least 5 years experience as a skilled machinist. Should also have experience from on site machining, like milling, line boring and flange machining. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to read drawings. Could speak good English and capable of report writing.

Metal stitching Machinist (3) - Technician need to have at least two year experience in Metal stitching and be able to make a mold for casting of insert which match the broken part. Must have basic workshop experience in handling lathe machines and milling machine with an ability to make good sketches on site of damaged parts with description for repair.

Bench Grinding Machinist (3) - Experience with lathe and milling machines. 3 to 5 years experience in crankshaft grinding machine. Must be able to make good inspection and reports on final grinding.

Electrician (18) - Must have at least 4- 5 years of relevant experience in electrical works, repair and maintenance from marine industry. Must be knowledgeable in reading circuit diagrams with an ability to use electrical instruments and devices efficiently. Must have relevant understanding of applied load system. Must be able to rectify electrical faults and carry out inspection, testing and recording of results independently. Preferably with ITI background and working experience in handling troubleshooting, breakdown and preventive maintenance. Must be knowledgeable about PLC, DCS, panel board wiring.

Governor Specialist (3) - Must possess prior experience in dismantling and cleaning a Governor. Should have a good understanding of measurements and the use of precision measuring tools. Must be capable of assembling and testing a Governor with previous experience in conducting verification of component parts, handling troubleshooting and maintenance of Governors. Must have the ability to carry out commissioning/installing as well as prepare relevant tests and inspection reports.

A/C Tecnician (9) - Must have atleast 3 years experience in the said position.
Experience in marine preferred. Very good knowledge in reading circuit diagrams and making drawings. Ability to use instruments and devices within HB designation. Able to use instruments and devices within HB designation. Able to do troubleshooting and repair within his designation.

JOB OPENINGS:

Diesel Mechanics (90) - Must have at least 3 years of marine industry experience in handling troubleshooting and maintenance of marine diesel engines. Must be knowledgeable about various precision measuring tools for engine test and components.
Must be able to sketch components and interpret technical drawings. Should have relevant experience in dismantling/assembly of diesel engines as well as an understanding of engine test commissioning.

Supervisor - Diesel Engine (6) - Must have at least 6-8 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferably from marine industry. Must have basic technical education with sound knowledge of various engine components as well as dismantling/assembly of engines. Must have prior experience in handling troubleshooting and maintenance of Marine Diesel engines. Must possess knowledge of precision measuring tools for engine test and components. Must have ability to interpret technical documents (test certificates, specifications, quality requirements etc.) and prepare reports. Should possess excellent analytical and leadership skills. Exposure to quality system,HSE & customer satisfaction is an added advantage.

Foreman - Diesel Mechanic (6) - Must have at least 3-5 years of prior experience working as a Foreman preferably from marine industry. Must have basic technical education with sound knowledge of various engine components as well as dismantling/assembly of engines. Must have previous experience in handling troubleshooting and maintenance of Marine Diesel engines. Must possess knowledge of precision measuring tools for engine test and components. Must have ability to interpret technical documents (test certificates, specifications, quality requirements etc.) and prepare reports. Should possess excellent analytical and leadership skills. Exposure to quality system, HSE & customer satisfaction is an added advantage.

Hydraulic Mechanics (12) - Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a hydraulic technician. Must be capable of performing overhaul of ship deck machinery like winches, cranes etc. Must also have experience in troubleshooting hydraulic systems, brake systems and electrical systems. Knowledge of referring P&ID drawings and use of measuring instruments will be an added advantage. Must possess suitable technical qualification in the relevant field. Must have reasonable communication skills.

Supervision and production control of heavy duty machine shop including planning and scheduling of jobs, allocation and control of manpower, coordination with internal departments like QHSE, procurement etc, liaise with customers throughout the repair process till job closure, completion of required documentation, inspect jobs as necessary and support the estimation process, training of manpower, handles lathes, vertical turning lathes, milling M/C, horizontal boring machines, reads and understand manufacturing drawing.
