- Male or female, 25 to 35 years old
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance or equivalent course; being a CPA or MBA holder an advantage

- Possesses initiative, independent judgement, and ability to be discreet
- Very good computer literacy in MS Office Applications
- Good Internal Customer, Inter-personal and coordination skills
Compliance Officer
- Extensive Rural or Commercial Banking Experience in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity in Bank Operations or Audit of Finance or Accounting Work
- Strong knowledge and familiarity of Philippine Laws, rules and regulations and pertinent BSP Circulars governing the operations of rural banks
- BS Accountancy Graduate or of a related course; being a CPA or MBA holder an advantage
- Very good internal customer, inter-personal and coordination skills
- Good report presentation and facilitation skills
